    garlic – 2 or 3 cloves;
    mayonnaise for dressing, soy sauce for marinade and salt - to taste.

    Since “Pomegranate Bracelet” is a layered salad, you should first prepare all the ingredients. Once everything is ready, you can start assembling.
    Boil chicken breast, as well as potatoes and beets. Finely chop the onion and marinate. To do this, pour a tablespoon of soy sauce into it and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can use vinegar diluted with water as a marinade (a few drops per 1 tablespoon). The onion is marinated for about 15 minutes, after which it should be slightly squeezed.
    Peel vegetables (beets, potatoes and cucumbers) and grate individually on a coarse grater. Each product must be placed in a separate container. Garlic can be grated on the finest grater or crushed in a special crush, and then mixed with beets. Just finely chop the chicken breast. Separately, you need to peel the pomegranate.

    The lowest layer is grated potatoes, which are thoroughly coated with mayonnaise. Next, add pickled onions and brush with sauce. Then there is a layer of chicken meat and again mayonnaise. Now it's the cucumbers' turn. First, you need to drain the excess liquid from them, and then lay them out in the next layer, spreading the same sauce on top.
    The last layer is grated beets and garlic. It can also be greased with mayonnaise. Although some sources recommend not doing this, so that the pomegranate seeds decorating the salad look more impressive. They are the ones that are placed in the top layer and, of course, not smeared with sauce.
    That's practically all. You can remove the glass from the center of the salad. However, it is not recommended to serve it immediately; let the finished dish sit for at least half an hour and soak.

    Most other versions of the holiday salad do not differ too much from the “Pomegranate Bracelet” described above. Most often, changes involve the presence of additional products or the order of layers.     • Walnuts - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
    • Mayonnaise - 250 grams

    Cook the chicken in salted water with bay leaf for about 30 minutes. Chop and lightly fry in oil in a frying pan along with finely chopped onion until golden.

    Separately cook the beets, potatoes and carrots until fully cooked. Boil the eggs hard. We grate everything on a coarse grater. Then we take the dish in the center and place a tall glass.     • Potatoes - 3 tubers
    • Carrots - 2 pcs.
    • Boiled chicken (or smoked) - 300 g
    • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    • Beetroot - 2 pcs.
    • Onions - 1 pc.
    • Pomegranate - 2 pcs.
    • Walnuts, kernels - 1 cup
    • Garlic - 2 cloves
    • Mayonnaise - for dressing
    • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
    • Salt - a couple of pinches
    • Black pepper powder - according to taste preference

    We start preparing the salad by boiling beets, carrots, potatoes and eggs. We peel and chop the boiled vegetables and eggs using a grater with large knives - each component in a separate plate.

    Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, which are then divided in half. Although this is not important, you can cut it into cubes! Fry the chopped onion in a saucepan with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.

    Boil a small piece of chicken (it can be a fillet or a thigh) in salted water, dry it, cut it into thin strips and also fry it in a saucepan. Instead of boiled chicken, you can use smoked chicken in the recipe. Then disassemble it into strips, but do not fry it!

    Fry the walnuts a little in a dry frying pan and crush them with a rolling pin on the table to get large crumbs.

    Now let’s prepare the dressing: to do this, combine the garlic passed through a garlic press with a fine grid with mayonnaise, mix and place our garlic sauce in a food-grade plastic bag.

    All the ingredients are prepared, now we assemble them into a single salad composition. To do this, take a flat serving dish and place a glass in its center.

    To enhance the appearance of this gorgeous salad, choose a large-diameter dish and place a half-liter jar in the center.

    Grease the sides of the jar (or glass) with vegetable oil (for better glide when removing the glass from the center of the salad composition). We will lay out all the layers around the glass, placing them tightly against the walls of the glass.

    Cut off a corner (5 mm) of the bag filled with dressing so that you can draw a mayonnaise mesh on each layer by squeezing.

    • Salt - 4 pinches
    • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
    • Allspice - 2 peas
